slIding scale
I offer a sliding scale fee for individuals experiencing financial hardship or who identify as students. Contact me and we can discuss your financial situation.
Insurance
I am currently in-network for Lyra Health. Otherwise, I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. Upon your request, a copy of your receipt will be provided which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.
Not all issues/conditions/problems which are dealt with in psychotherapy are reimbursed by insurance companies.
It is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage.
Forms of payment
I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, and most major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time or you will be billed your full fee (if you use your insurance, you will be charged your reimbursement rate out-of-pocket).
